Herbal color does not lighten hair.  Using this on grey/white hair will create natural looking highlights. Using on dark hair will not produce a color change.

How much do you need?
Amount of powder needed varies by hair length & density (how much & how thick). Below is what I recommend for average hair density.
 
Roots: Up to 100g
Short Hair (chin/ear length): 100-125g
Medium (shoulder): 150-200g
Long (below waist): 250-300g
