Bookings
1. All services are provided by appointment only. Walk-ins are not allowed.
2. A consultation is required for all new clients. During your consultation we will discuss your goals and create a personalized herbal color blend. In-person consultations are $20 and the fee is applied towards your first appointment when booked within 30 calendar days. Payment is due at the time of booking.
3. A non-refundable deposit of $15 secures your first appointment. You may reschedule your appointment one time within the same week with a 48 hour notice and your deposit will be applied to your service.
4. There is a 10 minute late policy, appointment may be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late. I understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, so please communicate any delays as soon as possible.
6. Continued late arrivals or cancellations will require payment in full or may be denied future services. A no-call no-show will not be allowed to book any future appointments.​
Salon Policies
1. Welcome to my henna suite! This is a fragrance-free space dedicated to providing a clean and comfortable experience for all our guests. We kindly ask that you refrain wearing perfume, cologne, or body sprays during your visit. Please note that appointments may be canceled if lingering fragrances are present, as we want to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

2. Guests including children are not allowed to wait in the salon while you receive services.

3. Parking is designated for suite #1102, there are two spaces marked "Reserved 1102" in front and additional parking alongside the building. Please do not park in any other space marked "reserved" that does not belong to our suite.
