Booking Information

Before securing your appointment please review the following booking policies. If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out!

New Clients

•A phone consultation is required for all new clients.
•A non-refundable deposit of $15 secures your first appointment.
•48 hour notice is required to reschedule without losing your deposit; booking must be within 2 weeks.  

•A confirmation text message and email will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm at least 24 hours before your service or booking is subject to cancellation.

Cancellations

•A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If adequate notice is not provided, please secure your next appointment by paying the new client deposit.
•I understand emergencies happen, if you cannot provide 48 hour notice, please let me know as soon as you can.
•Clients with cancellations without sufficient notice are subject to denial of future bookings.

•Payment forms accepted for in-person services include cash, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle. Card payments are subject to a processing fee of 3% of the total.

House Calls

All hair treatments are provided in comfort of your home. I bring everything for your service, including a small folding table/chair, floor cover, and all supplies to provide a quick and clean application. Setup is recommended in an open area without carpet. 

Treatments for new clients are mixed during your appointment and prior to appointments for established clients. Plan for 1-1.5 hours for new clients, 30-45 minutes for established client touch-ups and 1 hour for all over length applications.
