Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms •A phone consultation is required for all new clients who are new to plant-based hair color. •A $15 deposit is required for your first appointment. •A confirmation text/email is sent the day prior to your appointment, please confirm no later than 7pm. •24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointment to avoid losing deposit. •If you do not show up and do not provide prior notice of cancellation/reschedule, payment in full will be required going forward. •All services are offered by appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted at this time.
